Video Consultation Program

For those who have a training program but who want feedback on technique, progressions, and skills, this is a good option.

After completing the Intake Form, you can purchase this package, which will cover 4 weeks of program feedback.  

You can send 6-8 videos a week for skill consultation in straps, pole, handstands, or general circus fitness and mobility.

I’ll review your videos and send feedback, cues, and supplemental exercises that can be helpful.
